Everything But the Kitchen Sink

To finalise my bookwork, my last mini project was a focus on the day to day life of mine and others kitchen sink, which stemmed from looking at the Household Encyclopedia and the context of books. I bought 6 disposable cameras and handed them out to family and friends, and asked them to take a picture of their kitchen sinks once a day. I asked them to be honest, and that cleaning the sink every day to take the picture wasn’t what I was looking for. I displayed the pictures in 3 copies of Everything But the Kitchen Sink: The Woman’s Book By Francesca Beauman.
